Who We Are…

Port to Plate Productions are an independent Media Company who specialise in creating real, captivating and heartfelt, inspiring and informative documentaries which focus primarily on food from around the world, the oceans and sailing, people and communities, their culture and their history.

Created by professional chef, author and hospitality consultant, Paul James, Port to Plate Productions will soon set sail with an exciting new television and streaming series called From Port to Plate. With a little help from his good friend, author, explorer and yachtsman, Matt Wells, Paul’s first port of call will be the Ionian Islands of Corfu, Paxos and The Diapontian Islands.

No team is complete without some cosmic glue, keeping everything tight and holding things together and that comes in the shape of Emily, that’s Matt’s wife by the way. A fellow skipper, PADI open water diver and admin Ninja, Emily is clearly the cherry on the cake and we reckon she knows it.
